What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards via Authorize.net and cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC). We do not accept PayPal or Venmo.
How should I store research peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides.
What is reconstitution?
Reconstitution is the process of dissolving lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder in a solvent (typically bacteriostatic water or sterile saline) for use in research protocols. We will publish a reconstitution guide for each compound.
Do I need a license to purchase?
No government license is required for most research peptides in the United States. However, you must complete our qualification attestation and agree to our research buyer agreement before purchasing.
Are your products pharmaceutical grade?
Our products are research grade, not pharmaceutical grade. They are synthesized to high purity standards (≥98%) and verified by third-party HPLC and MS analysis, but they do not carry GMP certification.
