Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and research qualification verification.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) and UPS Ground (3–5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $150.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries where research peptides can be legally imported. The list of eligible countries is available at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties and compliance with local import regulations.

Cold Chain

Lyophilized peptides are shipped at ambient temperature with desiccant packs. Refrigerated shipping is available upon request.
