Due to the nature of research compounds, we have a strict returns policy designed to maintain product integrity and comply with applicable regulations.

Unopened Products

Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, subject to inspection. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, products stored improperly, and custom orders are not eligible for return.
